The Brits sure love to cosplay. They love it so much they make up their own characters. WTF is this mouse thing? Looks like dude just cut up his old jogging suit. "Wait! How do you know he's a Brit?" Come on. Only a Brit would be wearing a costume, and still have on his dress shoes.
