Born on December 27, 1974 in Taito, Tokyo, Japan, Fumiko Orikasa is a voice actress and singer who performs the voices for many anime series, including Bleach, Code Geass, Naruto, and Digimon. But my favorite is her part in Code Geass as Shirley Fenette.
